are Special Orders and have No Return Value . Only Part
Replacement.
We will replace any part lost or mis-cut
during installation. In case of shipping damage the part or door may be
returned for Product Replacement Only.
Should
customer decide not to accept replacement product there will be a 40% charge to
refurbish the product for re-sale. Optional features added to door unit are not
standard equipment therefore have No Return Value for re-sale..
Note: Customer is responsible for proper Return
Packaging and product condition per FedEx Guidelines (view
here) Once removed packing material used in the original shipping may not meet the
shippers requirement for a return product.
Additional product damage caused by improper packaging in transit
may
void Damage Product policy by FedEx and Storm Door Designs.

LIMITED
LIFETIME WARRANTY for all products sold by STORMDOORS4PETS
STORMDOORS4PETS will not accept any responsibility, beyond 50% credit, for
any products damaged due to inaccurate cutting, measuring of any other
damage due to no fault of STORMDOORS4PETS.
STORMDOORS4PETS guarantees and warrants subject to the conditions and
restrictions stated below, that the products and component parts thereof,
purchased from STORMDOORS4PETS shall be free from any defects in materials
and workmanship.
The warranty period for all STORMDOORS4PETS model pet storm doors is
effective from the date of purchase and extends to the anniversary date
marking the end of the door life. The first year of the warranty includes
100% of all parts and labor, We agree to exchange or repair at our expense
F.O.B. our plant or warehouse, any unit found to be defective in
workmanship and/or material, subject to plant inspection. (See Notes A and
B below.)
The second year of the warranty is covered at 80% or all parts and labor.
We agree to exchange or repair at 80% of the cost of the current price,
F.O.B. our plant or warehouse any unit found to be defective in
workmanship and or material, subject to plant inspection. (See Notes A and
B below.)
Each subsequent bi-year of the warranty is prorated. STORMDOORS4PETS will
cover 70% of the cost of parts and labor through the forth year. 50% of
the parts and labor for the sixth year, 40% of the parts and labor for the
eighth year and 20% of the parts and labor for there after for the life of
the door.
This warranty does not include shipping to STORMDOOR4PETS or any field
service labor unless the product was installed by STORMDOORS4PETS.
A. Glass breakage: We use fully tempered 1/8" glass of the greatest
quality and strength available for each application, It also meets or
exceeds all safety glazing laws and codes in the United States. Even
tempered glass will break on occasion but it is very rare When there is
glass breakage for any reason within the FIRST YEAR, there will be a 20%
deductible of purchase price of the door and installation (if applicable)
for replacement.
B. Parts damaged by misuse or neglect: STORMDOORS4PETS will pay 20% of the
cost or the current list price for parts and labor.
STORMDOORS4PETS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS
BEFORE HONORING ANY CLAIM.

LIMITED WARRANTY
PetSafe has a lifetime warranty on parts and one year
warranty on labor. PetSafe guarantees most parts of this
product life against manufacturing or parts defects. All
flexible vinyl components are guaranteed for only one year.
Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered along with normal
wear, tear and weathering. Commercial use may also void
warranty. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace
it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay
for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product,
or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential
damages.
There is nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but
all parts are free during the warranty period.

Warranty
Your STAYWELL Pet Product has been carefully inspected before
leaving our factory. If any defect, malfunction or failure
occurs within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for
replacement or a full refund. After the 30 days and within the
3 year warranty period, we will repair or replace the product
for a $15 processing fee.
TO BE SURE THAT YOU BENEFIT FROM THIS WARRANTY, YOU MUST
OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
1. The attached Warranty Registration Card must be completed
in full by the original purchaser and mailed to us within 10
days of purchase.
